The NBA team owner of the Minnesota Timberwolves made the stupidest comment I have heard all year. He called out former player, Kevin Garnett by saying he “tanked it” last season. I first heard about this story on Tuesday when watching the pre-game to the Celtics and Rockets matchup. By the way the Celtics stopped the only NBA team in the league with a 23 game winning streak. Anyway, Charles Barkley heard about this ridiculous comment by Glen Taylor and responded with authority. I attached the video of most of his response above. It was filmed directly off the TV but you’ll get the idea. Barkley basically said he’d smack the taste out of Taylor’s mouth if he ever saw him and that he is nothing more than a rich guy who knows nothing about his NBA team or the game. This is why I love Sir Charles Barkley.

What a prick. Taylor went on to say that his NBA team last season wanted to play but Garnett didn’t. How can you say this about one of the most influential big men in the game?
