While the Indianapolis Colts and New Orleans Saints have not yet conquered the challenge of going an entire regular season lossless, they are on pace with the past New England Patriots. Manning has figured out the formula to let an opponent gain first half confidence, lower their defenses and then send a fourth quarter strike that ends in a Colts victory. Brees is just an amazing motivator. His team is on point in every sense of the word. Their performance against the Pats last night, seen in the NFL recap video below sums up their season: powerful, focused annihilation.
I don’t think each of these NFL teams are going to keep the winning pace for the rest of the regular season. The Colts are finding a way to win every week but they are starting off behind. I’m not so sure they will be able to come back against upcoming opponents like the Titans and Broncos. I’m really excited to see how the Saints handle the Dallas Cowboys in a few games. Dallas has had some pretty lackluster opponents recently leading to top of their standings ranking so it will be cool to see how Romo faces a solid squad.
