Dallas Cowboys Tony Romo threw to Sam Hurd with 1 second left in the game, with Champ Bailey knocking away the tying touchdown. Romo dropped back and found Hurd cutting over the middle, but Bailey reached around and swatted the pass away at the last second, giving the Broncos their first 4-0 start since 2003. Dallas Cowboys Romo was ineffective in the second half, when first five drives ended in four punts and an interception by Bailey. Denver, which has the league's top-ranked defense, held the league's best rushing attack to just 74 yards on 25 carries. The NFL Broncos were trailing 10-0 when safety Hill forced a fumble by Romo that linebacker D.J.Williams recovered inside the Dallas Cowboys 10-yard-line. Six seconds later, Kyle Orton threw a pass to Moreno that went through the hands of linebacker Anthony Spencer, pulling Denver to 10-7. All team sports information reports that little went right for the NFL team Broncos, who were whiltled for eight flags in the first half. With Dallas Cowboys blowing a 10-0 lead, and 2-2 record it's looking like Cowboys have some business to take care of with Giants now at 4-0. |
