I am not a huge sports fan, I admit. However, if you invite me to an NHL game, I'm likely to jump at the opportunity to go.
I love watching a live NHL game. Of all the sports games I've ever seen, hockey is fast-paced and never boring. I don't have to watch a team go out onto a field and stand in one place, hoping to score. I don't have to wait while a ball flies through the air to get to where it's going, hopefully landing close to the hole. And, if it's a really good game, maybe it'll get a little rough. I love having to watch for a puck and figure out where it slid off to when I lose sight of it. Yes, hockey is definitely my favorite to watch out of all of the team sports.
Who is my favorite of the NHL teams you may ask? The Pittsburgh Penguins. I anxiously await the day that I get to see them vs. the NY Rangers live! And hey, I don't love them just because they won the Stanley Cup! I've been a fan since the days of Lemieux and Jagre!
