Can you believe how insane this year in the NFL already is becoming? The NFL season is truly heating up, and this time around many people like me – who had thought that they had an idea of what teams were on the up and up – are left scratching our heads trying to figure out what teams are the top teams this season. For example, who would have thought that the two NFL teams that reached the Super Bowl last year would have started their seasons sluggishly at 2-2 (Steelers) and 1-2 (Cardinals) this year? Additionally, who saw the Jets and the Saints starting out 4-0 (Saints) and (3-1; Jets) respectively? Indeed, the NFL season this year has already thrown quite a few surprises and shockers. Another thing on the mind of many people is why was Brady Quinn benched so early? Can Kurt Warner stay healthy, and where in the world are the Oakland Raiders? On one final closing thought, did anybody ever think that Brett Favre would play against the Packers at the Metrodome tonight? That’s truly one in a million, just like everything that seems to be occurring in the NFL this year!
