NFL, NFL teamThe word around the NFL corner, aside from Favre having a great game, the NFL Team, the Cardinals, taking out the Jaguars, and Tony Romo throwing four picks and dropping one fumble in the Cowboys showdown versus the Giants last week, is actually quite unrelated to the rest of the teams. The biggest news that I have been reading about all week in the NFL surrounds Michael Vick of the Eagles. All eyes are on this team to see if this guy will actually get to start the game on Sunday. Donavon McNabb, their starting quarterback, went down with a broken rib a few weeks ago and has been listed as not starting the game this coming weekend. With Vick as the number two player in the spot, and with his NFL suspension officially over, it could mean that we may indeed see him as an NFL starter, at least for one game, after 19 months of inactivity due to prison time being served and a lengthy NFL suspension. I don’t know about you, but I am sure curious to see how Sunday’s big game plays out!
