     As long as I can remember, I have always loved football. The NFL team that is nearest and dearest to my heart is my hometown team, the Atlanta Falcons. Although they have not done that well lately, I still watch their games with great anticipation.  My faith in this team is unwavering, and I suppose I will watch them until I can no longer see.

     Some folks love to watch their favorite NBA team, and occasionally I watch the Atlanta Hawks; but, no sport keeps me sitting on the edge of my seat like my NFL team, the Falcons. I used to adore the Dallas Cowboys, and I remember watching the Pittsburgh Steelers years ago with great anticipation. However, the Falcons always came first and foremost. In general I am not good at any sports. I remember trying out for various sports in my youth...and I remember how badly I played. Still, I can't get enough of a good game. Whether on the television or at the game itself...I really love those games!!! In fact, I have passed that interest on to my grandchildren, and we all love seeing everything...especially the Super Bowl! One day...our Atlanta Falcons will be there!
