This past Sunday was a great match up of two of the best NFL teams that are in the league: the Saints and the Colts. And boy was it one game for the ages, or a shocker for all if you will. I recall looking up the stats online on the NFL teams that were pitting against each other for the championship, and the Saints were proclaimed the underdogs by at least five points of these NFL teams. I was rather shocked at how the game played out, to be honest. As the Colts seemingly were off cue for a large portion of the game, as two of the best NFL teams did battle in Miami. However, that is what the game of football is all about, at least in my opinion; grit iron will, and mentality – who can sustain the momentum and not let little mistakes get to them. When the Colts were leading at the half by four points, I was certain they would win it all. However, the second half changed it all with a surprise onside kick by the Saints – a pick for six later on by the Saints netted them a well deserved win, in a game the shocked the world!
