nba The Sacramento Kings have never been known to have a strong NBA squad. They are like an upgraded version of the LA Clippers. This season though they are showing some real promise even with a 14-20 record so far. They nearly beat the Lakers, losing by just one point when Kobe nailed another buzzer beater. No team can defend against his last minute pressure. Then they faced the Phoenix Suns last night and almost came away with a win. Nash looked like a kid again and finished with 30 points, which helped to silence the Kings in the desert.

There is still a chance a Kings could make the NBA playoffs. Will it happen? Probably not but they are proving to be a team with potential. At the moment, they sit behind the Clippers, Suns and then Lakers in the Pacific standings but I have a feeling they will rise to the third place spot before the NBA season is over. Keep an eye out for them. They play Golden State this Friday who they are doing better then. I love how the NBA has so many games to really show who has what.
